The FIBCs / bulkbags we produce are used in many industries to carry foodstuff, aggregates, recyclables, chemicals, pharmaceuticals through to hazardous goods within the U.N. Dangerous Goods category. We also produce heavy duty Helicopter bags these are used for transporting aggregates to areas not accessed easily.
Most bags are manufactured from woven uncoated or coated polypropylene fabric, but we can also use hessian, PVC coated canvas and Regentex. We stock a wide range of commonly used fabric specifications and widths allowing us to produce most bulkbag specifications within 7 days. Bulkbag were the first company within the industry to produce an effective powderproof seam / dustproof seam. We can produce lined bags, with the liners being tube, shaped, loosely inserted, blown in or tabbed and sewn in.
We are happy to supply the end user direct as well as carrying out bespoke UK manufacturing service for other bulkbag / packaging merchants this can be done to include their own identification labels.
