We developed, in conjunction with Technip, the industry standard FIBC / bulkbag for grout and aggregates going offshore for SUB SEA USE . This bag has a number of special safety features which give the SUB SEA industry confidence when deploying the grout or aggregates. During the testing at NEL the bags were tested beyond 10 tonnes before failure creating a 1000kg SWL with a 10:1 safety factor.
We supply Grout (a sand / cement mix) bagged in to 25kg sacks 40 packed in to a lined “SUB SEA USE” 1000kg bulkbag.
We also supply bagged sand and aggregates in the “SUB SEA USE” bulkbags in bulk or can be supplied packed in 40 off 25kg sacks within the 1000kg Bulkbag.
The above items can be supplied in 1000kg, 1500kg and 2000kg drop bags. Utilizing the drop bags - the contents can be deployed by ROV. This is done using a special discharge and can allow accurate positioning of the bags contents on the sea bed.
We also manufacture bolster bags these can be filled with 50kg of grout / sand / aggregates and have side lifting handles for lifting and positioning.
